1. About Us
Quality Management Services is a proprietary consulting and training firm established in 2010, headquartered at Pune, Maharashtra, India. We offer ISO certification consulting, quality management training, NDT services, third-party inspection, and related professional services. All services are subject to these Terms and applicable Indian law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. By using this website or enrolling in a course, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. Organisations enrolling employees on their behalf warrant that they have authority to bind the enrolling individuals to these Terms.
3. Training Enrolment & Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Course fees are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes, or with GST stated separately. GST is levied as per current rates under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued within 48 hours of payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). QMS does not store payment card data on its servers.
- Online course access credentials are shared within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Physical materials, if included, will be delivered to the registered address.

4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, study guides, assessment tools, videos, website content, brand marks and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of Quality Management Services or its licensed partners. They are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
- You may use materials solely for your own personal learning or internal business use.
- You may not reproduce, resell, sub-license, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
- Recording of live training sessions (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without written permission.
5. Certificates & Credentials
Certificates of completion are issued only upon satisfactory completion of attendance requirements and assessments. Certificates bear a unique QR-verifiable certificate number. Any attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent a QMS certificate is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. QMS reserves the right to revoke certificates found to have been obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants in training programmes are expected to:
- Treat trainers, co-participants and QMS staff with respect and professionalism.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary business information shared by co-participants during sessions.
- Not use QMS training infrastructure (online platforms, Zoom rooms) for any unlawful purpose.
QMS reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
QMS's services are provided "as-is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that participant for the specific programme in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of business opportunity or profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Force Majeure
QMS shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, floods, earthquakes, strikes, government orders, internet outages, or actions of third parties. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered rescheduled batches or a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution by mediation for a period of 30 days. Consumer disputes may also be addressed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
